Services Equipment goods consisting of (a) materials handling equipment, sand loading systems, proppant management tanks, fluids management tanks, power generators and mobile power units that have been acquired or manufactured or otherwise assembled by an Obligor and held for use in providing services to customers or lease to customers, (b) vehicles or trailers, and (c) all accessions to the foregoing, in each case, excluding Spare Parts prior to attachment thereto.
Services Equipment. 3.1 Provision of Services and Equipment by IG. IG shall provide the Services to Customer as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, along with any other documents comprising the Complete Agreement with Customer. IG’s obligations are expressly conditioned upon Customer’s providing (or, if necessary, obtaining from its landlord) permission granting IG and/or its designated agents, contractors or representatives access to the building phone room and roof areas as necessary in IG’s judgment to deliver the Services and to install and maintain equipment.
Services Equipment. 8.1 All Services Equipment supplied by FCC remains the property of FCC and must be made available for collection on the expiry or termination of this Agreement. 8.2 The Customer is responsible for the Services Equipment and agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure that nobody (other than someone authorised by FCC) adds to, modifies or in any way interferes with it. The Customer will be liable to FCC for any loss of or damage to the Service Equipment, except where such loss or damage is due to fair wear and tear or is caused by FCC, or anyone acting on FCC’s behalf.
Services Equipment. The Operator must: (a) provide all Services Equipment; (b) ensure all Services Equipment meets the relevant standards set out in this Agreement; (c) maintain the Services Equipment in such a manner to ensure that the health and safety of Stadium Users is not adversely affected; and (d) store all Services Equipment in a clean and tidy manner, to avoid disruption, in areas agreed by the State and restrict access to such areas.

Services Equipment. As long as any Commitment or Obligations are outstanding, each Obligor shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, with respect to any customer contract for Services Equipment at a Customer Location, (a) not amend or supplement such contract in a manner that materially and adversely affects the rights and security interests of Agent hereunder (other than amendments or supplements in the Ordinary Course of Business that are not contrary to the other terms hereof) and (b) in the case of any such contract entered into after the Closing Date, cause such contract to (i) provide the relevant Obligor and its invitees (including Agent) with access to such Customer Location, (ii) permit assignment thereof to Agent, (iii) permit transfer of the contract and underlying Services Equipment that are the subject of such contract, and (iv) with respect to any lease, constitute a true lease. On and after the date that is ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, the applicable Obligor shall, and shall cause each applicable Subsidiary to, take such actions as Agent reasonably deems appropriate to effectuate its perfected, first priority Lien on any customer contracts that constitute Chattel Paper, including notation of Agent’s lien thereon and, upon Agent’s request during a Dominion Trigger Period, delivery of the originals thereof to Agent.
Services Equipment. Operator shall have the (i) nonexclusive right to offer and (ii) exclusive right to market the Services to residents of the Premises (“Residents”). Operator reserves the right to adopt and implement new, improved, additional, modified or enhanced technology, features, CPE, services or capabilities at any time during the Term of this Agreement. Operator may, with or without notice and without breaching this Agreement, disconnect or refuse to provide Services to any person who (i) fails to execute and/or abide by Operator’s standard customer agreements, terms of use or acceptable use policies, or other requirements imposed by Operator from time to time; or (ii) uses the Services in violation of applicable law. If Operator reconnects such users, then Operator shall be entitled to charge the Resident Operator’s then- current standard disconnection and reconnection fees. Owner acknowledges that the Operator reserves the right to make changes to the programming comprising the Video Services, or add to, discontinue or change the rates and Services or any features or components available to the Premises as Operator may deem necessary or desirable in its sole discretion. Operator will install, maintain, and/or operate any Equipment it is using on the Premises in accordance with applicable law. Operator’s Equipment shall always be owned by and constitute the personal property of the Operator, and Owner acknowledges Operator’s exclusive right to control and use its Equipment.
Services Equipment. If we agree to provide you with Services Equipment: (i) you must ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials in the designated Services Equipment; (ii) title to the Services Equipment remains with us at all times.
