Services outside of the United States. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement under no circumstances shall Transfer Agent perform or cause to be performed, directly, indirectly or by Employees, any of the Services outside of the United States of America, with the exception of those Affiliates of Transfer Agent listed on Exhibit E., unless it provides prior written notice to Company and obtains the prior express, specific, written consent of Company with respect to performance of specific Services offshore and with respect to the specific offshore location from which the Services may be performed, and/or with respect to the specific Personal Information (if any) to which the Employee will have access. Company’s consent under this Section 14.3 shall not be unreasonably withheld. In no event shall any subcontracting or delegation of duties under this Agreement relieve Transfer Agent of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Weed Control The tenant shall control all noxious weeds on the subject lands and maintain any summerfallow in a reasonably weed free condition.

  • Inventions Assigned to the United States I agree to assign to the United States government all my right, title, and interest in and to any and all Inventions whenever such full title is required to be in the United States by a contract between the Company and the United States or any of its agencies.
