Services Provided by EverString. (a) EverString will provide Customer with the services detailed on each applicable Order (when together with any other services or enhancements to services provided to Customer by EverString, the “Services”), using EverString’s Predictive Marketing Engine (the “EverString Engine”). The EverString Engine may utilize some or all of the following: (i) Customer’s historical customer conversion data (the “Historical Data”); (ii) monthly customer conversion data (“Monthly Data”); (iii) other Data; and (iv) EverString’s own proprietary database of external signaling and other information.

Related to Services Provided by EverString

  • Services Provided by Attorneys Any services to be provided by a law firm or attorney must be reviewed and approved in writing in advance by the City Attorney. No invoices for services provided by law firms or attorneys, including, without limitation, as subcontractors of Contractor, will be paid unless the provider received advance written approval from the City Attorney.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Services Term Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Service that you order will start at the earlier of (a) your first use of the Service, (b) the date you purchased the Service, or (c) the start date contained in the Order Form, and, in each case, will end at the expiration of the Services Term unless sooner terminated as set forth below. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration as the original Services Term, unless either party gives written notice to the other party of its intention not to renew at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of the applicable Services Term. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Embarq currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers. Such resale may be as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided by Embarq to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale." To the extent that this Part describes services which Embarq shall make available to CLEC for resale pursuant to this Agreement, this list of services is neither all inclusive nor exclusive.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing. If we terminate this Agreement, we may notify any participating merchants making preauthorized debits or credits to any of your accounts that this Agreement has been terminated and that we will not accept any further preauthorized transaction instructions. We may also program our computer not to accept your card or access code for any EFT service. Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
