Services provided by the Practice. 2.1 In consideration of the fees outlined in 1.1 above, the Practice agrees to provide the services described in 2.2 below either through the Vet or by a suitably qualified partner, member of staff, deputy or locum.

Services provided by the Practice. 2.1 The Patient will submit to an examination by the Dentist to determine whether the Patient is orally fit. If in the reasonable opinion of the Dentist the Patient is not orally fit the Dentist will recommend that the Patient undergoes restorative treatment at the Patient’s expense to make the Patient orally fit. The Patient may not benefit from the Services until the Patient has received the restorative treatment and is orally fit.
