Serving Notices. Any written notice to be given under this agreement by either party to the other may be served personally or by registered mail addressed to the other party and in the case of the Board at the School Office, and in the case of the Principal at the Principal's last known residential address.

Serving Notices. A notice is only served properly if it is hand delivered, or sent by first class post, or by recorded or registered delivery. If the notice is posted, it will be treated as served two Working Days after the date it was posted. If it is delivered by hand after 5pm, it will be treated as being served on the next Working Day.
Serving Notices. (a) A notice, demand, consent or other communication (Notice) given or made under this Agreement:
(i) must be in writing and signed by a person duly authorised by the sender; and
(ii) must be either delivered to the intended recipient by prepaid post or by hand or fax to the address or fax number specified in Item 1 or Item 2 of Schedule 1 as applicable or the address or fax number last notified by the intended recipient to the sender.
(b) A Notice will be taken to be duly given or made:
(i) in the case of delivery by person, when delivered;
(ii) in the case of delivery by post, on the third Business Day after the date it is posted; and
(iii) in the case of fax, on receipt by the sender of a transmission control report from the dispatching machine showing the relevant number of pages, the correct destination fax machine number and the result of the transmission as "OK" but if the result is that a Notice would be taken to be given or made on a day that is not a business day in the place to which the Notice is sent or is later than 4.00pm (local time) it will be taken to have been duly given or made at the commencement of business on the next business day in that place.
(c) Where any notice under this Agreement is required or permitted to be given by RASV to the Exhibitor, it may be given on behalf of RASV by the Manager.
Serving Notices. 8.1 This condition gives you notice under Section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 that our address for receiving legal notices, and any other communication arising from this tenancy agreement, is: Nexus House, Mission Court, Newport, NP20 2DW
8.2 Any legal notice, or any other communication arising from this tenancy agreement, shall be validly served on you if posted or delivered to or left at your home or last known address.
Serving Notices. (a) The Service Provider may only serve a notice on the Customer by:
(i) delivering it by hand; or
(ii) Sending it by registered or pre-paid post, to the address in the Information table (as updated from time to time by Customer) or to the Customer’s registered address
(iii) Sending by email to the email address in the information table (as updated from time to time by Customer)
(b) The Customer may only serve a notice on the Service Provider by:
(i) delivering it by hand; or
(ii) sending it by registered post or prepaid to the address in the Information table (as updated from time to time by the Service Provider) or to the Service Provider registered address.
(iii) Sending by email to the email address in the information table (as updated from time to time by Service Provider)
(c) The Service Provider and the Customer may only update an address for the service of notices under this agreement by notice to the other parties to this agreement.
Serving Notices. 7v You may serve the Council with any notice by leaving the notice, in writing, at a Local Service Centre or Housing Office, or by sending it there by ordinary post.
Serving Notices. 13.1 If we have to send you any notice, we can: • Deliver by hand to your home • Give it to you personally, or • Post it to your home or the last address we have for you.
