Sessional Contract Lecturers. 1. Recognizing that it is the principal beneficiary of competence and currency stated immediately above, the University will establish a Professional Development Reimbursement Fund (PDRF) of $90,000 per annum from which individual sessional Contract Lecturers shall be reimbursed for eligible expenses according to the University policies and Canada Revenue Agency requirements. 2. Subject to the annual Professional Development Reimbursement Fund limit provided above (a) Each full workload sessional Contract Lecturer with a two (2) term appointment is entitled to a reimbursement as of August 16th of each year of the collective agreement as follows: 2014 $1050 2015 $1050 2016 $1050 (b) Each full workload half sessional Contract Lecturer with a Fall semester appointment is entitled to a reimbursement of August 16th, for each year of the collective agreement as follows: 2014 $525 2015 $525 2016 $525 (c) Each full workload half sessional Contract Lecturer with a Winter semester appointment is entitled as of December 16th, for each year of the collective agreement as follows: 2014 $525 2015 $525 2016 $525 (d) Each reduced workload sessional Contract Lecturer with a two (2) term appointment is entitled to a reimbursement as of August 16th, for each year of the collective agreement as follows: 2014 $800 2015 $800 2016 $800 (e) Each reduced workload half sessional Contract Lecturer with a Fall semester appointment is entitled to a reimbursement as of August 16th, for each year of the collective agreement as follows: 2014 $400 2015 $400 2016 $400 (f) Each reduced workload half sessional Contract Lecturer with a Winter semester appointment is entitled as of December 16th, for each year of the collective agreement. 2014 $400 2015 $400 2016 $400 3. Any unused portions of the Professional Development Reimbursement Fund account may be carried forward to the following academic year if the Contract Lecturer obtains an appointment in the following academic year. In such cases any unused portion of the Contract Lecturer’s Professional Development Reimbursement account shall be carried forward to the next year, unless the amount would put a Contract Lecturer’s total account over two times the annual entitlement. If a Contract Lecturer does not obtain an appointment in the following academic year, she or he may not be paid out any unused funds in the Professional Development Reimbursement Fund or seek reimbursement following the end of their appointment.

The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.
