Annual Entitlement. 13.2.1 The Executive’s annual entitlement to paid holidays is to those public or customary holidays recognised by the Company in any holiday year of which there are eight in total and in addition 24 contractual days holiday. In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to one additional day of holiday per year of continuous service (assessed as at 1st January each year) up to a maximum of five additional days.
13.2.2 Entitlement to contractual holidays is accrued pro rata throughout the holiday year. The Executive will be entitled to take public and customary holidays on the days that they are recognised by the Company during the holiday year.
13.2.3 The Executive is not entitled to carry any unused holiday entitlement forward to the next holiday year without the permission of the Company.

Annual Entitlement. The yearly sick leave entitlement of twelve (12) days shall be advanced to employees on January 1st of each year of service. However, should the employment of such employee terminate for any reason before the yearly sick-leave entitlement advanced on this basis has been earned in that year, an adjustment shall be made to the employee's final cheque to repay such advance.
Annual Entitlement. (a) The Executive shall be entitled to 28 days' paid holiday in each holiday year excluding the usual public holidays in England.
(b) Entitlement to contractual holidays is accrued pro rata throughout the holiday year. The Executive will be entitled to take public and customary holidays on the days that they are recognised by the Company during the holiday year.
(c) The Executive may carry any unused holiday entitlement forward to the next holiday year in accordance with the Company’s policy on holidays as may apply from time to time, save that any agreement shall be from the Chairman.
Annual Entitlement. An employee may be granted a leave of absence without pay, for up to 72 hours per calendar year, subject to operational requirements. This leave may be taken in full-day increments. On such leaves, seniority will accrue. Leave of absence will normally only be considered providing that all annual vacation entitlement and accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been taken; or all annual vacation entitlement or accrued days in lieu of statutory holidays have been previously scheduled and approved.
Annual Entitlement. Effective July 1, 1990, a full-time, contractual unit member shall be entitled to ten (10) days per fiscal year for Personal Necessity Leave without loss of pay. Such leave shall be deducted from accrued sick leave. Personal necessity Leave for part-time contractual employees and non-contractual employees shall be prorated on the basis of the ratios set forth in Section 8.1.

Annual Entitlement. (i) Paid annual vacations for Regular Full‐Time Employees shall be allowed as follows:
(1) Employees leaving the service in less than twelve (12) months from the date of appointment shall be granted vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.
(2) In the first part calendar year of service, vacation will be granted on the basis of one‐twelfth (1/12) of ten (10) working days for each month or portion of a month greater than one‐half worked by December 31.
(3) During the second up to and including the tenth calendar year of service – fifteen (15) working days.
(4) During the eleventh up to and including the twentieth calendar year of service ‐ twenty

(b) Entitlement to contractual holidays is accrued pro rata throughout the holiday year. You will be entitled to take public and customary holidays on the days that they are recognised by the Company during the holiday year.
(c) You are entitled to carry up to five days’ unused holiday entitlement forward to the next holiday year.
