Annual Entitlement. 13.2.1 The Executive’s annual entitlement to paid holidays is to those public or customary holidays recognised by the Company in any holiday year of which there are eight in total and in addition 24 contractual days holiday. In addition, the Executive shall be entitled to one additional day of holiday per year of continuous service (assessed as at 1st January each year) up to a maximum of five additional days. 13.2.2 Entitlement to contractual holidays is accrued pro rata throughout the holiday year. The Executive will be entitled to take public and customary holidays on the days that they are recognised by the Company during the holiday year. 13.2.3 The Executive is not entitled to carry any unused holiday entitlement forward to the next holiday year without the permission of the Company.

Annual Entitlement. The yearly sick leave entitlement of twelve (12) days shall be advanced to employees on January 1st of each year of service. However, should the employment of such employee terminate for any reason before the yearly sick-leave entitlement advanced on this basis has been earned in that year, an adjustment shall be made to the employee's final cheque to repay such advance.
