Common use of Sessional Clause in Contracts

Sessional. A Sessional Employee is an Employee who is hired to work commencing the first day, or earlier, at the discretion of the Employer, of a sitting of the Legislature and ending on the last day, or later, at the discretion of the Employer, of the sitting of the Legislature. Seniority for such Employees shall carry over from session to session.
