Set Backs. No building shall be erected on any Lot less than forty (40) feet nor more than fifty (50) feet to the front Lot line, twenty-five (25) feet from the rear Lot line if such Lot line adjoins another Lot, and ten (10) feet from the side Lot lines, unless the side Lot line fronts on a street, in which case no building shall be erected nearer than twenty-five (25) feet to such side Lot line. No provision of this paragraph shall be construed to permit any structure to be constructed and erected upon any Lot that does not conform to the zoning laws and regulation applicable thereto; provided, however, that for good cause shown, an Owner may petition the ARC for a variance from such setback requirements. If the ARC grants such petition, the ARC will not oppose such Owner's attempt to obtain a variance from applicable zoning laws and regulations.

  • Types and Amounts of Coverage Without limiting Grantee's liability pursuant to Article 9, Grantee shall maintain in force, during the full term of this Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:

For any period of time that an Interconnected Entity’s senior secured debt is unrated by Standard & Poor’s or is rated at less than investment grade by Standard & Poor’s, such Party shall comply with the insurance requirements applicable to it under this Section 13. In the event that an Interconnected Entity is permitted to self-insure pursuant to this section, it shall notify the other Interconnection Parties that it meets the requirements to self-insure and that its self-insurance program meets the minimum insurance requirements in a manner consistent with that specified in Section 13.5 of this Appendix 2.

  • Allowances § 3.8.1 The Contractor shall include in the Contract Sum all allowances stated in the Contract Documents. Items covered by allowances shall be supplied for such amounts and by such persons or entities as the Owner may direct, but the Contractor shall not be required to employ persons or entities to whom the Contractor has reasonable objection.
