Common use of Set-Up Clause in Contracts

Set-Up. For homes on blocked foundations, Lessee must get management approval of homesite before set up can take place. . The home must be set and positioned on the premises in accordance with the instructions of the Lessor’s representative at the time the home arrives at the premises. All homes must be double blocked. All wheels, axels, and hitches must be removed and the home lowered so that no point will exceed 24” from the ground to the underside of the home. All movement of homes must be done only upon advanced written notice and under the supervision of Cimarron Creek Community, and/or its agents. The home must be inspected by a Manufactured Home State Inspector and must meet all other city, county and state and manufacturer requirements.
