Settlement Categories. 4.1 The Settlement Categories established under this Settlement Agreement and the proof requirements necessary to qualify for each Settlement Category are as set forth in Exhibit 8. To the extent any direct conflict exists between the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Exhibit 8, the terms of the Settlement Agreement shall control. If there is any dispute over whether such a direct conflict exists, it shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process in Article XIV–Dispute Resolution.
