Settlement Programs. (Elective) If Settlement Program Coverage is included in ITEM 5 of the Declarations, the Insurer shall pay Settlement Fees on behalf of the Insureds resulting from a Settlement Program for which a Settlement Program Notice is received by the Insurer during the Policy Period or Extended Reporting Period, if applicable, for a Wrongful Act by the Insureds. This Insuring Agreement shall be subject to the Sub-limit of Liability set forth in the Declarations. Such a Sub-limit of Liability shall be the maximum aggregate amount that the Insurer shall pay under this Insuring Agreement for all Loss from all Claims covered under this Insuring Agreement. Such Sub-limit of Liability shall be subject to, part of, and not in addition to, the Limit of Liability applicable to this Liability Coverage Part. This Insuring Agreement shall also be subject to the Settlement Program Coverage Retention and Prior or Pending Date in ITEM 5 of the Declarations.

Settlement Programs. The Insurer shall pay a Voluntary Settlement and Defense Costs on behalf of the Insureds resulting from a Settlement Program Notice first given to the Insurer during the Policy Period or Extended Reporting Period, if applicable, provided such Voluntary Settlement and Defense Costs are incurred after such Settlement Program Notice is first given to the Insurer.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Settlement of Grievances The applicable procedures of this Agreement shall be followed for the settlement of all grievances. All grievances shall be considered carefully and processed promptly.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.
