Setup and Dismantling. NRB will notify Organization of a specific hotel/convention center employee who will be the point of contact for all setup needs. Setup hours and date of access to space may vary from location to location. Generally, access to lounges is from Monday through Friday evening. Arrangements for specific setup needs, any catering, or room keys are to be conveyed to your assigned hotel contact.

Setup and Dismantling. During setup and dismantling, and in general, during the days of celebration of MD2024 it is forbidden to hinder, interfere or cause inconvenience to other sponsors or MUNDOS DIGITALES activities, as well as to place materials in spaces of other sponsors or exhibitors, in common areas, or areas that should always be free for the movement of people and materials. The SPONSOR should keep it assigned space perfectly clean. During the work of setup, dismantling and decoration is expressly prohibited: ▪ The use of construction materials (cements, plasters, sands, tiles, bricks or any similar material), both for the construction of stalls and for the placement of ornaments, installations, equipment, furniture, etc. ▪ Affect PALEXCO installations in any way, not being allowed to paint, fix studs, drill holes, grazes of any kind, or hang or hold signs, frames, drawings, or any other object, on floors, ceilings, walls and columns. ▪ The production, continuously, intermittently or periodically, of dangerous concentrations of combustible gases or vapours. ▪ The use or transportation of flammable materials (gasoline, acetylene, petroleum, etc.), as well as the use of individual heating systems. ▪ Introduce materials or objects that block or hinder evacuation routes and exits from PALEXCO rooms, as well as the entry of vehicles. ▪ The production, continuously, intermittently or periodically, of annoying noise for the rest of PALEXCO users, or sound reproduction at levels that cause discomfort to the rest of users, having to follow in these cases the instructions indicated by MUNDOS DIGITALES or PALEXCO.

  • Reduction and Disconnection NYISO or Transmission Owner may reduce Network Access Interconnection Service or disconnect the Large Generating Facility or the Developer Attachment Facilities, when such, reduction or disconnection is necessary under Good Utility Practice due to an Emergency State. These rights are separate and distinct from any right of Curtailment of NYISO pursuant to the NYISO OATT. When NYISO or Transmission Owner can schedule the reduction or disconnection in advance, NYISO or Transmission Owner shall notify Developer of the reasons, timing and expected duration of the reduction or disconnection. NYISO or Transmission Owner shall coordinate with the Developer using Good Utility Practice to schedule the reduction or disconnection during periods of least impact to the Developer and the New York State Transmission System. Any reduction or disconnection shall continue only for so long as reasonably necessary under Good Utility Practice. The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Large Generating Facility, the Attachment Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System to their normal operating state as soon as practicable consistent with Good Utility Practice.

  • Access and Disconnection 4.1 Distribution Licensee shall have access to metering equipment and disconnecting means of the Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic System, both automatic and manual, at all times.

  • DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE 21.01 The Employer may warn, suspend, demote or discharge employees for just cause. If the conduct or performance of an employee warrants disciplinary action, such action shall be confirmed in writing. A copy of all such documentation shall be provided to the employee(s) involved and forwarded to the office of the Union at the time they are issued.

  • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • SUSPENSION AND DISCIPLINE 29.01 When an employee is suspended or discharged from duty, the Employer undertakes to notify the employee in writing, with a copy to the Association, of the reason for such suspension or discharge. The Employer shall endeavour to give such notification at the time of suspension or discharge.

  • MAINTENANCE OF CLASSROOM CONTROL AND DISCIPLINE A. When, in the judgment of a teacher, a student is, by behavior, seriously disrupting the instructional program to the detriment of other students, the teacher may exclude the student temporarily from the classroom and refer the student to the building administrator for appropriate intervention. At the request of the referring teacher, an administrator will communicate the status of a disciplinary action within two (2) work days of the request.

  • Retention and disposal 9.5.1. Information shared under this Agreement will be securely stored and disposed by secure means when no longer required for the purpose for which it is provided as per each parties’ Information Security Policy, unless otherwise agreed in a specific case, and legally permitted. Each party will determine and maintain their own retention schedule.

  • DISCIPLINE AND DISCHARGE CASES 13:01 An employee who is discharged by the Employer shall, as soon as may be practicable thereafter, be given written notice thereof and a copy of such notice shall, within seven (7) working days after such discharge, be forwarded to the President of the Union, which said Notice shall contain the reason for the discharge of the said employee.

  • DISCHARGE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION 10.01 A claim by an employee that they have been discharged or suspended, without just cause, shall be a proper subject for a grievance. Such a grievance shall be submitted in writing to the Employer at Step Two within ten (10) working days after the employee receives notice that they have ceased to work for the Employer or has been notified of the suspension, as the case may be. Notwithstanding the time limits contained in Article 9.03 Step Two, the Parties will meet in an attempt to resolve the grievance within five (5) working days of said grievance being filed at Step Two.

  • DISCHARGE, SUSPENSION AND DISCIPLINE 14.01 (a) In the event an Employee is suspended as a disciplinary measure and the Employee considers that an injustice has been done, the matter may be taken up at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure.
