Seven day Auction Period. With respect to a Series of Bonds in a seven-day Auction Period, if Auctions generally are conducted on the day of the week specified in column A of the table below, a period of generally seven days beginning on the day of the week specified in column B of the table below (or the day following the last day of the prior Auction Period if the prior Auction Period does not end on the day of the week specified in column C of the table below) and ending on the day of the week specified in column C of the table below in the next succeeding week (unless such day is not followed by a Business Day, in which case on the next succeeding day which is followed by a Business Day): (A) (B) (C)

  • WORKING DAY BEFORE AUCTION DATE Any intending bidder who intends to bid on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm is required to deposit with the Auctioneer prior to the auction sale an authority letter to state that he/she is acting on behalf of another person, body corporate or firm and he/she is authorised to sign all the necessary documents. All intending bidders shall be required to verify their identities by showing to the Auctioneer their identity cards prior to the commencement of the auction, failing which, they shall not be entitled to bid. In the event that the Bumiputra lot is sold to a non Bumiputra or if the successful bidder is below the age of 18 or is an undischarged bankrupt or is not legally competent to purchase the property, then such sale shall be cancelled and the deposit paid shall be refunded to the successful bidder and thereafter the Assignee shall be at liberty to put up the property for sale. A foreign citizen/foreign company may be allowed to bid for the property and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen/company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own cost to the Economic Planning Unit (if applicable) and/or relevant State Authority for the unconditional consent to the sale within the period stated in Clause 11 hereof but subject to Clause 22 hereof.

  • Holiday Falling on a Day of Rest ‌ (a) When a paid holiday falls on a regular full-time employee's day of rest, the employee shall be entitled to a day off with pay in lieu of the holiday. The maximum number of Divisions to which the Accumulation Value may be allocated at any one time is shown in the Schedule. We reserve the right to allocate premium to the Specially Designated Division during any Right to Examine contract period.   • Sell-Off Period Notwithstanding expiration or termination of this Agreement, Fig may continue to exercise its rights under the Distribution License for a period of sixty (60) days following expiration or termination, whereupon Fig shall exercise reasonable efforts to terminate any Fig Sales, and to cause any Distributor of Fig to terminate any such sales. Fig shall exercise reasonable efforts to remove or cause any Distributor of Fig to remove from publication or display any advertising relating to the Licensed Game posted by Fig or any such Distributor within the Sell-Off Period.

  • BEFORE AUCTION 4.1 All intended bidder can access to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD website to download the Proclamation of Sale (POS) & Conditions of Sale (COS). By proceeding with E-bidding with ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD, the E-bidders’ have agreed and accepted the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD terms and conditions. Any bid by registered E-bidder shall not be withdrawn once entered. 4.2 All intended bidders can choose either to attend the auction physically (On-site bidder) or by E-bidding.   • Day not a Business Day If any day on or before which any action or notice is required to be taken or given hereunder is not a Business Day, then such action or notice shall be required to be taken or given on or before the requisite time on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
