Seven-Day Notice. The Employer shall, within seven (7) days after receiving written notice from the Union, terminate the employment of any person who has failed to acquire or maintain Union membership as required by this Agreement; providing such termination is not in violation of existing law.

Failure to comply within seven (7) days after removal from the schedule said employee(s) shall be terminated, if such termination is not in violation of existing law.
