Seventh Day Turnaround – Day Seven Worked. (a) There shall be an eleven (11) hour rest period between the end of one shift and the beginning of the next for Employees who work seven (7) consecutive days within a seven-day work week. (b) If such rest period is encroached, the Employee shall be paid for the encroached time at a rate equal to two (2) times the rate the Employee was receiving at the end of the preceding shift.
