Severability and Headings. The invalidity or unenforceability of a term or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term or provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any titles or headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall have no bearing on any interpretation of this Agreement.

If any provision of this Agreement or its related Appendices should be null and void, such a nullity shall not invalidate all the other provisions in this Agreement or related Appendices. The Parties of this Agreement shall endeavor to negotiate so as to replace any null and void provision as well as any other affected provision.

Severability and Headings. If there is a term or part of this agreement that is somehow unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that part or term will be severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision. Likewise, if we accidentally called a “he” a “she” or said “projects” when it was just a singular “project”, that doesn’t invalidate the term generally. Headings we use are just for convenience. We agree to both read what the agreement actually says and means. Assignment - You can’t assign or transfer this agreement or your obligations to any other person or entity without first getting our written consent to do so. This just ensures we know who we should be providing products and services to and thus, who should be paying for them.
Severability and Headings. The clauses and provisions of this Contract are intended to be severable. The unconstitutionality or unconscionability of any term, clause or provision shall in no way defeat the effect of any other term, clause or provision.
