Severability; Survivability. In the event that the operation of any portion of this Agreement results in a violation of any law, or any provision is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the Parties agree that such portion or provision shall be severable and that the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The representations and obligations of the PARTIES shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Severability; Survivability. These arbitration provisions shall survive: > termination or changes to your deposit accounts, or any related services we provide; > the bankruptcy of any party; and > the transfer or assignment of your deposit account or any related services we provide. If any portion of this arbitration provision hereof is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall not remain in force. No provision of this arbitration provision may be amended, severed or waived absent a written agreement between you and us.

Severability; Survivability. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement are held by a court of law or arbitrator to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired, and the parties shall negotiate an equitable adjustment of this Contract so that the purposes of this Contract are not affected. All provisions concerning indemnity survive the termination or expiration of this Contract for any cause.

Severability; Survivability. It is the intent of the parties hereto that in case any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. The provisions of Sections 6(g), 7, 8 and 9(b) of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of Executive's employment hereunder, whether during the period set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement or thereafter, and the termination of this Agreement.

Severability; Survivability. If any term or provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms and provisions hereof shall not be affected thereby and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted under law. Executive’s obligations in Sections 4.1, 5.1 and 5.2 shall survive and continue in full force notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement or Executive’s employment for any reason. Executive’s obligations in Articles IV and V shall survive and continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement or Executive’s employment for any reason, if there is a Separation Agreement in effect pursuant to Section 3.6 and Executive is receiving Severance Pay pursuant to that Separation Agreement.

Severability; Survivability. Any provision in this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction by reason of applicable law shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating or affecting the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction. The obligations undertaken in Sections 7, 8, 9 and 10 of this Agreement shall survive its termination, and be enforceable after termination of Employee’s employment.

Severability; Survivability. If any provision of this Contract Agreement shall be deemed unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall not affect, impair or invalidate any other provision of this Contract Agreement. Any provision of this Contract Agreement held invalid or unenforceable only in part or degree will remain in full force and effect to the extent not held invalid or unenforceable. The terms of this Contract Agreement shall survive the closing of any loan or grant contemplated by this Contract Agreement.
