LEVEX 0 - Xroblem has a critical impact for a LICENSEE's customer to the point that the problem renders a system non-functional, including but not limited to occurrence of data corruption, or in LICENSEE's development, no further work can be done until the problem is resolved. The presence of a major severity situation (“Major operations impact”) implies that certain functions are affected but the situation can be circumvented so that the Product can be used, however with a significant loss of service and/or performance, with a less than material but more than insignificant loss of revenues. Major “Major operations impact” means that the situation causes loss of service, or it requires a manual bypass to restore functionality, which means situations included but not limited to: • Degraded performance of the Product; • Incorrect behavior of the Product.
