Severity Definition. The presence of a major severity situation (“Major operations impact”) implies that certain functions are affected but the situation can be circumvented so that the Product can be used, however with a significant loss of service and/or performance, with a less than material but more than insignificant loss of revenues. Major “Major operations impact” means that the situation causes loss of service, or it requires a manual bypass to restore functionality, which means situations included but not limited to: • Degraded performance of the Product; • Incorrect behavior of the Product.
