Sexual Harassment Procedure. Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. The following procedure for processing sexual harassment complaints shall be used: A. Any Instructional Employee who believes that he/she is the object of sexual harassment shall bring such behavior to the immediate attention of the District's Title VII Compliance Officer(s). B. Complaints by the alleged victim shall be reduced to writing within five (5) working days after being reported in accordance with Article 11.06A and shall contain sufficient specificity to enable the Employer to investigate. C. Complaints shall be processed and investigated in such confidence as is commensurate with the Employer's right and duty to investigate. All the circumstances shall be considered in determining whether or not sexual harassment has occurred.
