SHARE DEALING AND OTHER CODES OF CONDUCT. The Executive will comply with all codes of conduct adopted from time to time by the Board and with all applicable rules and regulations of the UK Listing Authority and any other relevant regulatory bodies, including the Model Code on dealings in securities.
SHARE DEALING AND OTHER CODES OF CONDUCT. 13.1 The Employee will comply with all codes of conduct adopted from time to time by the Company and any relevant Group Company and with all applicable rules and regulations of the UK Listing Authority and any other relevant regulatory bodies, including the Model Code on dealings in securities, all of which are available upon request from the company secretary of the Company.

While the Company or New Xxxxxxxxx Group is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, the Executive will comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the Australian Stock Exchange and those provisions of the Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 (Cth) relating to dealings in securities.
SHARE DEALING AND OTHER CODES OF CONDUCT. 11.1 You will comply with the ICI Code of Conduct or any additional or replacement code of conduct adopted by ICI which may be applicable from time to time.

You must comply with, and use your best endeavours to ensure that relevant members of your family comply to the extent applicable with, all codes of conduct, including Belmond Ltd’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Governance Guidelines and all policies and procedures of Belmond Ltd and the Employer, adopted from time to time, including the Employer’s share trading policy, copies of which are available from the Employer’s investor website in the Governance section.

The Executive will comply with all codes of conduct adopted from time to time by the Board and with all applicable rules and regulations of relevant regulatory bodies, including (a) Nasdaq Stock Market or any other exchanges on which the Company’s securities may be listed and (b) any applicable regulations on dealings in securities. The Executive acknowledges that compliance may require him to take appropriate steps to ensure that his connected persons (as defined in section 96B(2) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) also comply with any such codes of conduct and regulations.
SHARE DEALING AND OTHER CODES OF CONDUCT. 17.1 The attention of the Executive is drawn to the fact that as an executive officer and/or director of the Company and/or one or more of its affiliated companies he is subject to such terms and conditions contained in the organizational documents of the Company as are applicable to executive officers and/or directors and to the duties and obligations placed on him by any xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policies adopted by the Company and its parent companies and applicable legislation in Bermuda, the United States and elsewhere with respect to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx and also, where appropriate, to all applicable rules and regulations of the Nasdaq Capital Market and any other relevant regulatory bodies, including rules governing share dealings by executive officers and directors and other employees adopted by the Board or operated by the Company from time to time (together the Rules), copies of which have been provided to the Executive.
