Shareholder Voting Agreement. Digi, and each of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, Ph.D., Xxxxxxxx X. Henrikssen Sachs, Ph.D., each a shareholder of the Company, shall have entered into the Shareholder Voting Agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit 5 hereto.
