Shareholders’ Meetings; Quorum; Method of Resolution. (a) KUT shall hold an annual meeting of shareholders within three (3) months after the end of each fiscal year. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders may be called at any time pursuant to the Amended Articles of Incorporations and the pertinent Korean law.
