Shareholders Meetings definition

Shareholders Meetings means, together, the First Shareholders’ Meeting and the Second Shareholders’ Meeting.

Shareholders Meetings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

Shareholders Meetings means the respective meetings of the shareholders of BancTrust and CommerceSouth to be held pursuant to Section 8.1 of this Agreement, including any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

More Definitions of Shareholders Meetings

Shareholders Meetings shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a).

Shareholders Meetings means any meeting of the shareholders of the Company and any act or consent of shareholders of the Company under the Company’s constitutional documents or otherwise.

Shareholders Meetings means the annual meetings of shareholders and the special meetings of shareholders. Terms used herein that are defined in the Act and not defined herein shall have the meanings given to those terms in the Act. Words importing a singular number include the plural and vice versa. Words importing gender include all genders. Words importing a person include an individual, partnership, association, body corporate, trustee, executor, administrator and legal partnership.

Shareholders Meetings means, collectively, the CLS Shareholders Meeting and the CLS 2 Shareholders Meeting.

Shareholders Meetings has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.24.

"Takeover Statute" has the meaning ascribed to it in SECTION 3.1.17. "Taxes" mean and shall include all federal, state, local and foreign income, property, sales, excise and other taxes, tariffs or governmental charges of any nature whatsoever, together with penalties, interest or additions to Tax with respect thereto. "Termination Base Amount" has the meaning ascribed to it in SECTION 8.2.3. "Termination Expense Base Amount" has the meaning ascribed to it in SECTION 8.2.3.
