Stockholders' Meetings definition

Stockholders' Meetings means the special stockholders meetings of each of Lyondell and Millennium held November 20, 1997.

Stockholders' Meetings means the respective meetings of the stockholders of GSMS and PSS to be held pursuant to Section 8.1, including any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

Stockholders' Meetings means either or both, as indicated, of the meeting of the holders of Source Common Stock and Source Preferred Stock to be held pursuant to Section 8.1, including any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

"TENNECO COMMON STOCK" means the Common Stock, par value $5.00 per share, of Tenneco. "TENNECO SEC DOCUMENTS" means all filings made by Tenneco or its subsidiaries with the SEC since January 1, 1995 through the Agreement Effective Date, including notes, schedules, amendments and exhibits thereto. "TENNECO STOCK" means the Tenneco Common Stock, the $7.40 Preferred Stock and the $4.50 Preferred Stock (but not the New Preferred Stock). "TENNECO STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 6.8 hereof. "TRANSFER TAXES" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 10.1(C) hereof. "$" is a reference to United States dollars. Stockholders' Meetings means the meetings of the stockholders of Commodore and Lanxide to be held pursuant to Section 4.6 and Section 4.7, respectively, of this Agreement, including any adjournment or adjournments thereof.
