SHARING EMPLOYEES. 6.1 With effect from the Commencement Date, it is agreed that, in exercise of the powers contained in Section 113 of the 1972 Act and in accordance with Schedule 5 the Parties will make those individuals identified in Schedule 5, available to the other Parties for the purposes of enabling each Post Holder to deliver the Services through the combined performance of their Employee Duties and, in accordance with their individual Agreement, their S113 Duties.
