Sharing of Channels. The Government Access Channels will be shared by the TBNK Member Governments. The TBNK Member Governments or their designated agent shall schedule non-commercial local governmental programming on these channels in a manner designed to provide all Subscribers within the Franchise Area with equal opportunity to view programs about or affecting the TBNK Member Governments. These Government Access Channels shall be made available in order to increase the general public’s awareness of local government.
