Shift Commitments Made During the Sign-Up Period. Any nurse who commits to hours beyond the nurse's normal FTE commitment before the final schedule is posted on the 15th of the month will receive a premium of $15 per hour for extra shifts committed and approved beyond the nurse’s FTE.
