Shipping and Logistics Costs. Xxxxxs will pay Applied for shipping charges (including shipping from xxx xupplier to the Delivery Address, shipping for quality inspections, shipping within Applied's logistics network, and shipping to final destination) at the rates set forth on Attachment 3 to Exhibit F, as such Attachment may be amended by the parties from time to time, provided, that in the absence of the adjustments referred to in Section 4.1 of Exhibit F or to the rates set forth on Attachment 3 to Exhibit F (as such Attachment may be amended), Brooks's Landed Cost (as defined below) for a Covered Part supplied bx x xxxxor selected by Applied * * *. As used herein "Landed Cost" means vendor price for the Covered Part plus shipping charges. Unless otherwise paid by the Customer, all other costs of handling, processing, insurance, storage, management, and other logistics costs and expenses ("Logistics Costs") will be * * *.   • Packaging and Labeling 11.1 Company shall provide packaging and labeling specifications that call out clear labeling requirements.

  • Shipping Shipping shall be by UPS ground unless Customer requests and -------- pays for overnight shipping by UPS. Grantor will post shipping and handling fees for overnight shipping on the Web Site. The price posted at the time of order shall obtain. All orders from supplier's stock shall be shipped within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the order.   • Transportation Costs The cost of transporting a Warranted Part claimed to be defective to the facilities designated by the Seller and for the return therefrom of a repaired or replaced Warranted Part shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund. Such services include distribution assistance and administrative support services rendered in connection with Shares (1) sold in purchase transactions, (2) issued in exchange for shares of another investment company for which the Distributor serves as distributor or sub-distributor, or (3) issued pursuant to a plan of reorganization to which the Fund is a party.   • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Labeling and Packaging BTG shall label and package the Bulk Product in accordance with Legal Requirements applicable to pharmaceutical products shipped in bulk for further processing, labeling, or repackaging.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Distribution Services The Distributor shall sell and repurchase Shares as set forth below, subject to the registration requirements of the 1933 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder, and the laws governing the sale of securities in the various states ("Blue Sky Laws"):

  • Marketing and Promotion The Company agrees to make every reasonable effort to market its Contracts. It will not give disproportionately unequal emphasis and promotion to shares of the Fund as compared to other underlying investments of an Account. In addition, the Company shall not impose any fee, condition, rule or regulation for the use by a Contract owner of the Fund as an investment option that operates to the specific prejudice of the Fund vis-a-vis the other investment options offered by the Company to Contract owners. In marketing and administering its Contracts, the Company will comply with all applicable state and Federal laws.
