Common use of Shipping and Receiving Clause in Contracts

Shipping and Receiving. a) Seller shall be responsible for proper packaging, loading and tie-down of materials to prevent damage during transportation. The Buyers weight and count will be accepted as final and conclusive on all shipments not accompanied by a packing list. Seller must bill all returnable containers on a separate invoice, and return transportation charges will be collected from the Seller's account.
