Shipping Documents, Packaging and Markings. Supplier will ship Product with accurate shipping documents including (i) commercial invoice, packing list and applicable export and transportation documents and declarations; (ii) an itemized packing list bearing the purchase order number, the description, part number and quantity of each Product shipped, the number of shipping containers in the delivery and the waybill or xxxx of lading number, and (iii) external packaging labeling conforming to such labeling specifications as Cisco may provide from time to time. Supplier will package Products in accordance with good commercial practice, and in a manner acceptable to common carriers for shipment and adequate to ensure undamaged arrival of the Products. Supplier will xxxx all containers with necessary information (i.e. lifting, handling and shipping information, country of origin, purchase order numbers, date of shipment and the names of the consignee and consignor, etc.) and any **** Indicates provision for which confidential treatment has been requested.   • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Labeling and Packaging Seller shall label and package Products in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements and Specifications and shall include a unique identifying lot number.

  • Manufacturing and Marketing Rights The Company has not granted rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market, or sell its products.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Quality Agreement Concurrently with execution of this Agreement, the Parties will enter into an agreement that details the quality assurance obligations of each Party with respect to the Manufacture and supply of Supplied Products under this Agreement (the “Quality Agreement”). Each Party shall perform its obligations under the Quality Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.

  • Manufacturing Agreement Each of the Sellers (as applicable) shall have executed and delivered to the Buyer the Manufacturing Agreement with respect to the portion of the Business conducted at the applicable Facility.
