SHOE AND UNIFORM ALLOWANCE. 1. When a bargaining unit employee is hired, TSA will provide the bargaining unit employee with the initial uniform allotment. One (1) year after the bargaining unit employee’s hire date, the bargaining unit employee will be eligible to receive the uniform allowance and the annual uniform allotment.
