Coveralls All employees required to wear coveralls or smocks shall have these supplied and cleaned by the Company at no expense to the employees involved. Any xxxxx or set of coveralls supplied, shall be of the proper size to fit the employee. There shall be at least three (3) changes available each week to the employees involved, and field servicemen going out on calls shall have several extra sets of coveralls to take with them when they go out on such calls.

PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on the Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. All major Federal assistance programs shall be covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in section 4.4 of this Agreement.
SERVICES COVERED 63.1 To the extent required by Applicable Law and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CLEC will interconnect its network with CenturyLink’s network for the transmission, routing and termination of Local Traffic, ISP-Bound Traffic, IntraLATA LEC Toll Traffic, Local and Toll VoIP- PSTN Traffic, Transit Traffic and Jointly Provided Switched Access Service Traffic. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.
Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.
Automobile Liability Coverage Consultant shall maintain automobile liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage for all activities of the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the work to be performed under this Agreement, including coverage for owned, hired and non- owned vehicles, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence.
Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:
Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below. The coverage must be subject to terms no less broad than ISO Business Auto Coverage Form CA 0001 (2010 edition or newer), or equivalent. Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.
Excess Public Liability Insurance over and above the Employers’ Liability Commercial General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance coverage, with a minimum combined single limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) per occurrence/Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) aggregate.
