Shop Drawings / Requests for Information. Field Orders Consultant will coordinate and process each piece of correspondence, submittal, shop drawing, contractor questions, Request for Information (RFI), and field orders. The Consultant shall maintain a log for each of these items. Consultant will route all clarifications and interpretations of the Contract Documents to the design engineer and the City when needed or when requested by the Contractor. Deliverables: Coordination with City and design engineer to coordinate and process all correspondence, shop drawings, RFI, etc. between contractor and City team. One (1) complete log of all correspondence and requests received by contractor during construction.
