  • Errors or Questions If you think there is an error involving a transaction made with your Card such as a purchase you didn't make or an incorrect amount charged to your Card, please call us at (000) 000-0000, e-mail us at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or write to us at: Cardholder Services P.O. Box 550578 Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33355. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your claim or question in writing within 10 business days. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after the transaction is posted to your account. Tell us your name and Card number. Describe the error or the transaction you are unsure about, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you need more information. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. Generally, we will tell you the results of our investigation within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five (45) calendar days to investigate your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will re-credit your Card within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not re-credit your Card. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation within 3 business days after we finish our investigation and any credit made under the preceding paragraph must be repaid by you. You may ask for copies of documents that we used in our investigation. Our zero liability policy may protect you from liability for certain unauthorized transactions. Under our zero liability policy, unless you have been grossly negligent or have been engaged in fraud, you will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions made with your lost or stolen Card. If you are grossly negligent or have engaged in fraudulent conduct, you could lose all the money in your account. A transaction is unauthorized if it is not initiated by you, you did not give permission to make the transaction and you do not benefit from the transaction in any way. Any unauthorized transactions will be re-credited to your Card in 5 business days. Also, if your account history has transactions that you did not make, tell us at once by calling, toll-free, (000) 000-0000. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the transaction was posted to your account, you may not get back any money you lost if we can prove we could have stopped someone from fraudulently using the Card if you had told us in time. If we believe that a good reason kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods.

  • Errors, Questions, and Complaints a. In case of errors or questions about your transactions, you should as soon as possible contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. b. If you think your periodic statement for your account is incorrect or you need more information about a transaction listed in the periodic statement for your account, we must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after we send you the applicable periodic statement for your account that identifies the error. You must: 1. Tell us your name; 2. Describe the error or the transaction in question, and explain as clearly as possible why you believe it is an error or why you need more information; and, 3. Tell us the dollar amount of the suspected error. c. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your complaint in writing within ten (10) Business Days after your oral notification. Except as described below, we will determine whether an error occurred within ten (10) Business Days after you notify us of the error. However, if we require more time to confirm the nature of your complaint or question, we reserve the right to take up to forty-five (45) days to complete our investigation. If we decide to do this, we will provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account within ten (10) Business Days for the amount you think is in error. If we ask you to submit your complaint or question in writing and we do not receive it within ten (10) Business Days, we may not provisionally credit your Eligible Transaction Account. If it is determined there was no error we will mail you a written explanation within three (3) Business Days after completion of our investigation. You may ask for copies of documents used in our investigation. We may revoke any provisional credit provided to you if we find an error did not occur.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS 1. The Contractor certifies that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: a. Publishing a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Contractor’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violation of such prohibition;

  • Contractor Representations Contractor represents and warrants to Subcontractor as follows: (a) Contractor (i) is duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its state of incorporation or organization, (ii) has the power and authority to own its properties and to carry on business as now being conducted, and (iii) has the power to execute and deliver this Subcontract; (b) The execution and performance by Contractor of the terms and provisions of this Subcontract by Contractor have been duly authorized by all requisite action, and neither the execution nor the performance of this Subcontract will violate any provision of law, any order of any court or other agency of government, the organizational documents of Contractor or any indenture, agreement or other instrument to which Contractor is a party, or by which Contractor is bound, or be in conflict with, result in a breach of, or constitute (with due notice or lapse of time or both) a default under, or except as may be provided by this Subcontract, result in the creation or imposition of any lien, charge or encumbrance of any nature whatsoever upon any of the property or assets of Contractor pursuant to, any such indenture agreement or instrument; (c) Contractor has obtained all licenses, permits and approvals required to perform the Services to be provided by Contractor under the Prime Contract; and (d) Contractor is not under suspension or debarment by the Commonwealth or any other governmental entity, instrumentality or authority.

  • General specifications For the purpose of this Regulation, the vehicle shall fulfil the following requirements:

  • SUBCONTRACTOR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS Any Contractor representations or certifications set forth in this Contract shall apply to subcontractors (at any tier) and Contractor shall not utilize any subcontractors (at any tier) who cannot provide such representations or certifications, excepting the certification to be registered with Washington’s Statewide Payee Desk, unless Purchaser will pay such subcontractor directly.
