Short Duration. Personal leave of a short duration (less than one (1) month) shall be granted by the Superintendent or designee, provided that the Superintendent or designee determines that such leave will not negatively affect the program of the District. The employee shall be returned to the position he/she held when the leave began. All benefits shall continue as if the employee were in a paid status.
