Common use of Short-Term Professional Leave Clause in Contracts

Short-Term Professional Leave. (This program is suspended for the duration 42 of this contract.) 44 Upon recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the District may 45 approve short-term professional leave. Such leave may be granted for study, 46 cooperative research with other institutions and/or business, and/or other 1 reasons which would be beneficial to the District.
