Common use of Short Term Trader Clause in Contracts

Short Term Trader. Upon request of the Trust, the Transfer Agent will provide the Trust periodic reports on trading activity in the Trust based on parameters provided to the Transfer Agent by the Trust, as amended from time to time. The services to be performed by the Transfer Agent for the Trust hereunder will be ministerial only and the Transfer Agent shall have no responsibility for monitoring or reviewing market-timing activities.
