Common use of Short Term Transfers Clause in Contracts

Short Term Transfers. (a) The Employer agrees short-term transfers will be by mutual agreement. (b) Employer initiated transfer to a campus other than the one which a faculty member was originally assigned will be assisted by the Employer in the form of, but not necessarily limited to, moving expenses which shall include the cost of moving and insuring the move of household furniture and personal effects.
