Shortened Time for Partial Default in the Case of Emergencies. In an Emergency situation, the Owner may correct any of the deficiencies described in Article 2.2 without prejudice to other remedies by providing service of written notice of Emergency requiring a shortened time for Partial Default specifying the time given to Cure, if any.
