Showings Sample Clauses

Showings. If the property should go on the MARKET FOR SALE, it may be shown to qualified buyers during the Tenant’s stay. Every effort will be made to schedule the showing at a convenient time and not interrupt the Tenant’s term. Tenant shall allow reasonable viewings of the home between 9 am and 8 PM whether they may be present or not.

Showings. Xxxxxx agrees not to allow the Property to be shown after the inspection contingency is removed or has expired.
Showings. Broker is prohibited from showing Property to prospective buyers and/or their agents if the Property is listed in the MLS under the “coming soon” status. If the Owner desires to have the Property shown to prospective buyers and/or their agents; the Broker must change the Property status to “active” in the MLS. Once changed to “active” status, the Property cannot be changed back to “coming soon” status.
Showings. During periods when property owner and /or their agent are showing the apartment to prospective new tenants; current tenants agree to keep the apartment exceptionally clean, picked up and in a general state of order. Failure to fully cooperate with the property owner and/ or their agent, as well as additional specific request, will result in a $50 charge for each time there is a failure to cooperate. During leasing season, defined as September 15 – November 15, tenants agree that a four-hour notice will be adequate to show the property to prospective tenants.
Showings. (§ 66-28-403) - If the Seller/Landlord would like to show to prospective tenants the property before the lessee's agreement is due the Landlord/Seller has this right with at least thirty (30) days left until the termination date. Showings. The Seller has delivered to Xxxxxx Mac on or prior to the date of execution of this Commitment: (i) an executed opinion of the Seller’s legal counsel (which may be internal counsel) substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto; (ii) certified resolutions evidencing necessary or appropriate corporate action; and (iii) other documents as may reasonably be requested by Xxxxxx Mac.
