– SICK LEAVE AND OCCUPATIONAL INJURY LEAVE. 13.1 Effective November 1, 2001, full-time employees will be credited with four (4) hours of sick leave for each month of employment during their first six (6) months of employment and eight (8) hours for each month thereafter. During the first 6 months full-time employees will not be granted any paid sick leave. During the second six (6) months of employment full- time employees shall be granted twelve (12) hours of paid sick leave. Regular part-time employees will be credited with a prorated amount based on the hours worked in the month. Part-time employees are not eligible for paid sick leave until they have completed twelve (12) months of employment.
