Sick Leave Balance Conversion. On January 1, 2015, all sick credits existing for personnel covered herein will be multiplied by a factor of two (2). Employees converting to more than 140 credits shall be allowed to carry such credits until they have decreased credits due to conversion to vacation per this Article or due to usage.
