Common use of Sick Leave Bank: Long-Term Disability Clause in Contracts

Sick Leave Bank: Long-Term Disability. Under this Agreement, members of this bargaining unit may contribute to a maximum of one sick leave day each year for the establishment and operation of a sick leave bank. This bank is to assist employees who have long-term illnesses or disabilities and who have exhausted their sick leave accumulation.
