Sick Leave Certification and Verification. The Employer may request, at its option, a verifying statement from the employee’s doctor to support sick leave claims. If medical certification or verification is required for overtime-eligible employees, it shall be in accordance with the Minimum Wage Requirements and Labor Standards, RCW 49.46.210 and WAC 296-128.
