Sick Leave Conversion Upon Termination. 1. Employees who have attained twenty (20) years of service with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office (as computed under Article 31: Seniority) may convert one-half (1/2) of up to one hundred twenty (120) days of accumulated sick leave upon termination of employment or retirement from the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.

  • Sick Leave Conversion On January 1 of each year, an employee may convert up to a maximum of 30 hours accumulated sick leave at fifty percent (50%) cash value for the sole purpose of reimbursing the employee for medical costs. This conversion is subject to the following:

  • Action Upon Termination (a) From and after the effective date of termination of this Agreement, pursuant to Sections 13, 14, or 15 of this Agreement, the Manager shall not be entitled to compensation for further services under this Agreement, but shall be paid all compensation accruing to the date of termination and, if terminated pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(b), the applicable Termination Fee. Following termination upon notice, the Contractor shall be entitled to compensation, upon submission of invoices and proper proof of claim, for goods and services provided under the Contract to the State Entity up to and including the date of termination.

  • Death or Disability The Executive's employment shall terminate automatically upon the Executive's death during the Employment Period. If the Company determines in good faith that the Disability of the Executive has occurred during the Employment Period (pursuant to the definition of Disability set forth below), it may give to the Executive written notice in accordance with Section 12(b) of this Agreement of its intention to terminate the Executive's employment.   • Automatic Termination This Agreement shall automatically and immediately terminate in the event of its “assignment” (as defined in the 1940 Act).

  • Termination upon Death This entire Agreement will terminate immediately without further action of the parties upon the death of a natural person who is a party to this Agreement, or a general partner of a partnership that is a party to this Agreement.
