Sick Leave for Full. Time and Part-time (50% or more) Term Salaried Employees 16.3.3.1 Full and part-time term Employees are entitled to paid sick leave on the basis of an accumulation of ten (10) hours upon completion of two hundred (200) hours of employment. Thereafter Employees shall accumulate entitlement on the basis of one (1) hour of sick leave for each fifteen (15) hours of service to a maximum accumulation of 420 hours.

An employee, while on the basis payroll, will earn one (1) day per month for personal illness; unused sick days are cumulative up to a maximum o f 240 days. 2. An employee, while on the payroll, will earn five (5) days per year for death or illnesses in the immediate family; unused days are cumulative to sick leave. 3. A total of an accumulation of A .l. and A.2. above is fifteen (15) days per year, for ten (10) hours upon completion of two hundred (200) hours of employment. Thereafter Employees shall accumulate entitlement on the basis of one (1) hour of sick leave for each fifteen (15) hours of service to a maximum accumulation of 420 hoursmonth employees, proration as may be necessary.
