Sick Leave Fund Payout at Retirement or Termination. Employees who retire at age 62 or older shall be paid for one hundred percent (100%) of their sick leave accrual. Employees with twenty (20) or more years of service shall be paid for seventy-five percent (75%) of their sick leave accrual upon termination of employment for any reason other than death or retirement. Employees with ten (10) or more, but less than twenty (20), years of service shall be paid for fifty percent (50%) of their sick leave accrual upon termination of employment for any reason other than death or retirement. Employees with less than ten (10) years of service shall not be eligible for payment of any accumulated sick leave upon termination of employment for any reason other than death or retirement.
