Sick Leave/Short Term Leave and Disability Plan/Long Term Disability Plan. The provisions relating to the Sick Leave/Short Term Leave and Disability Plan, outlined below, meet the requirements of the Employment Insurance (EI) Regulations for a premium reduction under s.69 of the EI Act. If there is any question as to whether the Plan meets these requirements, the parties will cooperate so as to ensure compliance with these requirements.
