Common use of Sick Pay – Reciprocity Clause in Contracts

Sick Pay – Reciprocity. All members of the Cincinnati Fire Department shall have the option to convert to cash up to one-hundred twenty (120) hours, for 48-hour employees, or one hundred four (104) hours, for 40-hour employees, of accumulated sick leave annually.
